Hip, leg, knee and foot pain are some of the most common musculoskeletal conditions. Our First Contact Physiotherapists can help you manage your muscle and joint problems without the need to see your GP. There are also exercises and treatments you can carry out at home to help you manage the pain, ease mobility and strengthen your body to help avoid future injury.

The most common hip, leg, knee and foot problems include:

  • Patellofemoral pain syndrome
  • Greater trochanteric pain syndrome - pain along the hip, thigh and/or buttock
  • Knee osteoarthritis
  • Hip osteoarthritis
  • Planter fascilitis - heel pain
