Elbow and wrist pain are some of the most common musculoskeletal conditions. Our First Contact Physiotherapists can help you manage your muscle and joint problems without the need to see your GP. There are also exercises and treatments you can carry out at home to help you manage the pain, ease mobility and strengthen your body to help avoid future injury.

The most common elbow and wrist problems include:

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • De Quervain's - pain and swelling in the thumb to wrist tendons
  • Lateral epicondylitis - tennis elbow
  • Medial epicondylitis - golfer's elbow
