Back, neck and shoulder pain are some of the most common musculoskeletal conditions. Our First Contact Physiotherapists can help you manage your muscle and joint problems without the need to see your GP. There are also exercises and treatments you can carry out at home to help you manage the pain, ease mobility and strengthen your body to help avoid future injury.

The most common back, neck and shoulder problems include:

  • mechancial lower back pain
  • mechanical neck pain
  • lumbar radiculopathy - inflammation of the spinal nerve
  • subacromial pain syndrome - shoulder joint ball and socket problems
