Talking Cafes are a place for you to find help, advice and support in an informal, relaxed environment. Just drop in to meet your local Village Agent for a friendly chat, or one-to-one support. We can help if you:

• are worried about your finances and need help and advice
• are feeling lonely, or isolated - feel free to pop in for a chat and a cuppa!
• want to find activities to prevent being on your own and connect you to your community
• look after someone else – you might need some advice for them or emotional support for yourself
• need signposting to services that can help you sort out an issue
• need support with a health condition or access to services 
• need help filling in forms or writing letters

And we do so much more!
